Oracle will be performing a Summer In The Parks concert at Laurel Lakes in Laurel Maryland on Friday, July 29 2011 from 6:30 to 8:30.

The concert pavilion at Granville-Gude Park (aka Laurel Lakes) in Laurel is where they hold the July Fourth concerts each year, and is a REALLY nice facility.

The park is very easy to get to, located just off US Route 1 near the intersection with Cherry Lane.  Laurel Mall is just on the other side of Cherry Lane.

This will be our eighth year performing for the City of Laurel, and we're REALLY looking forward to it!  Kids of all ages will enjoy the show, and we'll have something special in store for the younger kids who want to get into the act!

All of the music we perform is family friendly, so you don't have to worry about objectionable lyrics or questionable subject matter.

The photo on the left is of the concert pavilion they have there.  It's a gorgeous location with a walking path around the lake, a playground for the kids, and lots of great eating establishments nearby.

The concert is free to all.  Blankets or lawn chairs are recommended.  Picnicking is allowed, but no alcohol is permitted in the park.
