FUN is the name of the game at any Oracle performance. Click for enlarged view.Come to an Oracle performance, and the word that best describes the experience is FUN!  As you will see in the following photo galleries, everyone has a great time at an Oracle show.  The dance floor is active, folks in their seats are singing and clapping along, and people can forget about their cares, kick back, and have a great time for a while.

You'll notice that unlike other bands we prefer to focus our cameras primarily on the folks having fun, and not necessarily on the band.  Heck, you KNOW what we look like!  Check out the pictures of the people enjoying themselves.  That is the REAL story behind any Oracle performance.

For a photographic trip down memory lane, check out these "Year in Review" photo pictorials:

We now have over 4000 photos archived on this site.  To view shots from the various public performances at specific locations, check out the rest of the photos and links below.

The dance floor is always hopping when Oracle comes to Perry's

Perry's Restaurant

One of the more popular nightclubs where Oracle loves to perform on a regular basis is Perry's Restaurant, Nightclub, and Sports Pub, located in Odenton Maryland.

This place rocks, the staff is wonderful, and everybody has a great time!  To see more photos from almost all of our performances at Perry's, head over to our Perry's Restaurant Photo Gallery.

Whispers Restaurant

One of the largest clubs on the Oracle circuit is called Whispers in Glen Burnie Maryland.  To say that the place is a blast is an understatement.  The people are really nice, the club itself has recently been completely renovated, with a huge dance floor and spacious stage, and it's sleek, clean look makes for an evening of pure FUN!  Go to Whispers Photo Gallery.

There is plenty of room to bring our Oracle fans up on stage with us at Whispers!
The dance floor is seldom empty at the American Legion Post 175 in Severna Park Maryland when Oracle comes to party

American Legion Post 175

Oracle is proud to perform at various service clubs and organizations throughout the area.  One of our regular and most popular venues is the American Legion Post 175 in Severna Park, Md.

For some additional photos from our performances here at the American Legion, head over to the American Legion Post 175 Photo Gallery to see what a performance at the American Legion is all about..

New Years Parties

The 2006-2007 New Years celebration at the American Legion Post 175 in Severna Park Maryland marked our fourth straight year there, and as always it was an absolute blast, with a sell out crowd dancing the entire night, and ringing in the New Year in style.

Afterdeck Restaurant

Another one of our favorite places to play is at The Afterdeck in Pasadena Maryland.

It's the perfect neighborhood watering hole, plus it's got great food, low drink prices and one of the nicest hardwood dance floors in the area.

Want more proof?  Check out The Afterdeck Photo Gallery Pages

Military Clubs

We would be remiss if we neglected to mention that we also perform at many of the area's military installations for our service men and women.

In particular the Andrews Air Force Base Officers Club is a favorite of ours.

Laurel Concert Series

Oracle has been performing for a concert series sponsored by the City of Laurel and the Laurel Boys and Girls club for a couple of years now.  Although Mother Nature sometimes decides to let us know who's boss, an appreciative crowd always makes it out to enjoy an evening of music and fun with the band.

For more photos from this and other Laurel concert events, click HERE.

My Way Restaurant

For quite some time Oracle was a regular performer at My Way Supper Club in Laurel.  With photos of the Rat Pack adorning the walls, this is a really nice place to catch the band perform.

Head over to our My Way Photo Gallery for more photos from some really fun evenings.

American Legion Post 276

On November 2nd 2002 Oracle performed for a Bull Roast at the American Legion Post 276 in Severn Maryland.

As usual the evening was a blast.  To see more pictures from the evening, click HERE.

American Legion Post 40

Another American Legion where Oracle performs occasionally is Post 40 in Glen Burnie Maryland.  With a huge dance floor and lots of party people, Oracle performs for many of their special dances and bull roasts.

Fleet Reserve Club

The Fleet Reserve Club in Annapolis welcomes Oracle with open arms. The
crowd is always appreciative of the variety of material we perform.

We were pleased to usher in New Years 2003 at the Fleet Reserve.  For some photos of the evening click HERE.  For photos from other Fleet Reserve Performances head on over to the Fleet Reserve Photo Gallery.

Kaufmann's Restaurant & Tavern

For some reason the Odenton /  Gambrills area plays host to a multitude of really great establishments offering live entertainment.

Another club Oracle liked to frequent was Kaufmann's Restaurant & Tavern in Gambrills.  They have since discontinued live bands there, but we maintain our photo archives

Check out our Kaufmann's Photo Gallery

Jim's Hideaway

One of Oracle's favorite nightclubs over the years had been Jim's Hideaway in Odenton Maryland.

Unfortunately some zoning problems forced the cancellation of live music at Jim's. Ah well...maybe some day we'll return!

To see some archived party photos from Jim's click over to the Jim's Hideaway Photo Page!

In the summer of 2001 Oracle performed for the 40th anniversary of the Six Flags amusement parks, down at Six Flags America in Largo, Maryland.  Performing with such eminent artists as Tweety Bird, Sylvester, Bugs Bunny, and other major luminaries, Oracle's stature rose greatly that day, (or maybe not...but it sure was FUN)!!!

For more photos from this unique performance, check out the Six Flags America Photo Gallery.

Photo Shoot

In March of 2004 Oracle spent a day with photographer extraordinaire Ken as we went all over Fell's Point in Baltimore taking photos.

We'd like to indulge in a little shameless self-promotion and show you just how much fun a photo shoot can be, even when the wind chill is below freezing!
